Chicago is a bit mysterious. Its personality isn’t as obvious as New York, Paris or London, but I think it has its own subtle feel. Edgy yet classy, it is full of beautiful architecture, jazz, theater and art. The art institute is amazing, and it is easy to spend a good 6 hours or more exploring. Just walking around is an experience, as there is so much unique architecture to admire. The Green Mill was one of my favorite parts of the trip; once Al Capone’s hangout, it now hosts talented jazz musicians. We only spent a few in the city but in that time it was easy to absorb a lot of culture – and I’d like to go back!
